Non-urgent advice: SMS Messaging: Coming soon!
Kyle Medical Practice will soon be enabling SMS services to allow the surgery to send text messages for appointment reminders and brief messages.
As a part of this process, all patients with a valid mobile number will first receive a message giving then an opportunity to opt out of the service.
Please be reassured no personal or private information will be shared via SMS but should you have any questions, please phone us on 01599 534 257 and our admin team can talk you through how it works.
We hope this service will be helpful for you, our patients, as well as our Practice team and would encourage you to reach out and update your contact details if you think they may be out of date.
