Non-urgent advice: **IMPORTANT: Phone Line Issues**
Kyle Medical Practice has been experiencing intermittent issues with the phone lines over the last few weeks.
The practice’s number has successfully been diverted to a temporary line, however, this line remains busy and you may initially have trouble getting through. Please continue to try by phone or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your number and we will call you back.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
Just a reminder the practice is open from 8am until 6pm from Monday to Friday. Calls and emails will not be answered outside of these hours. If you need medical advice during out of hours, please phone NHS 24 on 111 or visit www.nhsinform.scot.
