If you’ve developed a continuous cough or fever/high temperature in the last 7 days, stay at home for 7 days from the day your symptoms started.
DO NOT GO TO YOUR GP PRACTICE OR HOSPITAL
If anyone in your household has developed a cough or fever in the last seven days, you should self-isolate for 14 days.
You do not need to contact 111 to let them know you are staying at home.
Only phone your GP if your symptoms are severe
If your GP is closed, phone NHS 24 (111).
Use the NHS 111 Online Coronavirus Service https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/ only if:
- You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- Your condition gets worse
- Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days.
