Following the successful introduction of text message appointment reminders, we are going to further expand this service.
We will start using text messages to let you know when blood tests or reviews are due, allowing you to call the surgery at a time that is convenient for yourself.
Please be reassured that no names or identifying information will be included in these messages, only the purpose for the appointment that is needed.

Did you know… You may have been asked to call the surgery and quote ‘Daybook’ or ‘Docman’ and wondered what this means. Daybook and Docman refer to the computer system that will have the relevant message attached to it. It’s admin’s handy way to find the information for you as quickly as possible.
